You will serve as a gatekeeper of the incoming and outgoing verification of benefits. Your responsibilities include:

• Obtaining insurance benefits and verifying eligibility status.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree.
• 1-2 years'+ experience in reputed company-end medical office operations.
• Prior experience working in a role with a high volume of either inbound or outbound calls.
• Experience and knowledge of federal or state government agencies including reputed company reputed company, reputed company and/or reputed company coverages.
