This means a single placement can generate 5000 – $10,000+ in commission depending on the fee. Additional Commission for Business Development Recruiters who generate new reputed company relationships are rewarded with additional commission. reputed company a recruiter is responsible for bringing on a new reputed company, they receive:

• An additional 10% of the placement fee on hires made with that reputed company.
