Manager, Solution Consulting

About the Role

The Manager of reputed company's Solution Consulting team plays a key role in supporting our sales and customer objectives by leading reputed company of Solution Consultants. In this role, you will reputed company on day-to-day coaching, deal support, and execution-ensuring your team is equipped to effectively partner with Account Executives and deliver compelling, solution-oriented engagements for prospective customers. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and cross-functional partners to help drive consistent performance, strong customer reputed company, and a seamless reputed company-sales experience. What You'll Do:

• Partner closely with Account Executives on reputed company deals to ensure strong solution alignment and execution
• Participate in key customer engagements, including discovery, demos, and technical discussions, as needed

• Monitor team activity and performance against key metrics; identify areas for improvement and take reputed company

• Reinforce best practices in discovery, storytelling, and product demonstration

What You Bring:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience, including customer-facing roles in reputed company-sales, solution consulting, or similar
• 1-2+ years of people management or team leadership experience (formal or informal)
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the role of Solution Consulting in driving reputed company
• Ability to reputed company and reputed company early- to mid-reputed company members
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to learn and reputed company product capabilities
• Comfortable engaging with customers in both remote and in-person settings
