This role blends strategic sourcing, consultative partnership, and disciplined execution to attract, engage, and hire high-reputed company veterinarians in a competitive market. More than a traditional recruiter, this role operates as a service-oriented business partner—collaborating closely with hospital leaders, operations, and People teams to understand workforce needs, advise on market dynamics, and deliver sustainable hiring reputed company reputed company with our values and reputed company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle DVM reputed company
• Own the end-to-end reputed company lifecycle for DVM roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and reputed company
• Manage requisitions with urgency, transparency, and accountability from approval through start date
• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, reputed company reputed company, and competitive positioning

• Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines, including passive and early-career veterinarians

• Service Partnership & Collaboration
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital leaders, reputed company Managers, Medical Directors, and Operations partners

• Systems, Data & Process Discipline

Qualifications & Experience

• Required
• 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably in reputed company, veterinary, medical, or hard-to-fill reputed company roles
