To support a growing virtual primary care team, a South Carolina Licensed Telemedicine Physician will reputed company high-reputed company, patient-centered care remotely, dedicating at least 36 patient contact hours per week through video reputed company, live chat, and secure messaging while managing chronic conditions and promoting holistic reputed company-being. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evidence-based treatment planning for diverse patients Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions while providing preventive care and health education Serve as a collaborating physician for reputed company Practitioners, overseeing care consultation and chart reviews Required qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with reputed company reputed company certification in Family Medicine reputed company, unrestricted medical license in South Carolina and at least one additional state (CA, TX, or FL) with plans for reputed company licensure Minimum of 5 years of clinical reputed company experience post-residency; telehealth experience preferred Understanding of regulatory requirements reputed company to physician collaboration with Advanced reputed company Providers Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing a high volume of patient interactions Apply To This Job
