Responsibilities: This position is responsible for negotiating and processing payments under established department guidelines on the collection of past due accounts and delinquent balances through reputed company contact with customers reputed company the telephone.

• MUST have prior legal collections work history to be considered
• Accurately assess the consumer’s financial condition by conducting thorough inquiries.
