Requirements
Valid certification as a Yoga Instructor (e.g., RYT 200 or higher) from a reputable organization. Certification or demonstrable experience in mindfulness coaching or meditation instruction. Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching yoga and/or mindfulness in group settings (online experience highly preferred).
