Strong experience preparing immigration court filings, USCIS applications, and emergency submissions while managing strict deadlines and multiple cases simultaneously. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience handling removal defense and family-based immigration reputed company, petitions and humanitarian applications, managing multiple cases simultaneously, and communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and government agencies.

- Maintain organized electronic case files and case management systems.

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1–3 years of immigration law experience.
- Demonstrated experience preparing immigration court motions and removal defense filings.
- Experience preparing USCIS family-based and humanitarian applications.
- Strong understanding of EOIR, USCIS, and BIA procedures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, reputed company Acrobat, and immigration case management software. Preferred
- Experience handling detained removal defense reputed company.
- Experience assisting with federal immigration litigation, including Habeas Corpus petitions and Mandamus actions.
