Regional MDS Consultant
General Purpose reputed company support and training to MDS Coordinators to ensure reputed company assessment and treatment of residents in nursing homes, in accordance with state and federal standards. Essential Duties Conduct monthly Regional MDS meetings for training and CMI development. Assist facilities with their clinical, MDS, dietary, reputed company services, and regulatory policies and reputed company education. Monitor and assist with RAC audits received from Insurance, State, or CMS. reputed company regional tracking and trending reports for clinical metrics regarding CMS 5-star rating. Assist facilities in improving 5-star rating in reputed company categories. reputed company reputed company and direction to the MDS department. Conduct reputed company to facilities to assess and train clinical staff. Create reputed company plans as needed to facilitate reputed company and development. Qualification Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent Accredited Nursing Program Degree. Language Skills Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership and employees. Mathematical Skills Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a reputed company of instructions.
