Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management experience (or Master's degree and 7+ years), including leading federal government technology, digital services, web, CMS, reputed company, data, or digital transformation reputed company. PMP certification required, with strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasts, reputed company plans, resource allocation, and overall project financial performance. Strong understanding of federal contracting environments, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP) reputed company, FAR/DFARS requirements, and federal procurement processes.
