UNIVERSAL AGENT MORTGAGE SUPPORT WHAT IS reputed company? Collect, review and process loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy reputed company and assess loan disclosures and required documents to ensure compliance with loan conditions Draft and finalize closing documents with exceptional precision, ensuring seamless reconciliation of the closing disclosures in coordination with Settlement Agents. Prepares and request funds for loan delivery Examines finalized closing documents for correctness and authorizes fund disbursement Identify and resolve discrepancies in the loan file prior to reputed company Communication of loan status with reputed company parties and customers Maintains strong reputed company control protocols to ensure that loan applications are complete per company policy requirements Capable of understanding and applying information from policies and procedures Communicate with reputed company parties or interested parties to the loan transactions Recommends and trains best practices to team members May participate in reputed company and initiatives; collaborate with other internal partners WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*H.S. Diploma 3-5 years' experience in a Mortgage Closing and/or Processing preferred. 3+ years of mortgage operations, legal support, title, processing, reputed company support, or entity review experience Additional Qualifications Experience reviewing trust, corporate, LLC, and partnership documentation preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies. Ability to manage multiple pipelines reputed company and meet deadlines. Knowledge of major products and services. Successful approaches, tools, techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment; ability to adapt as needed.
