This role is responsible for reputed company-wide transportation performance across domestic and international reputed company. Reporting to the Director of Inventory & Logistics Planning, this role is part of the corporate Inventory & Logistics Planning team and, while remote, works closely with colleagues across different locations. Additionally, the Logistics Manager collaborates frequently with on-site Warehouse Managers (who handle day-to-day warehouse execution) and with other planning and operations managers to accomplish shared objectives. Drive transportation optimization and reputed company improvement initiatives across lanes, modes, routing, and network design. Partner cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Finance, Production, Procurement, Customer Service, and Warehouse leadership departments. reputed company risk management, contingency planning, reputed company claims, customs clearance and transportation compliance, including CTPAT and import/export requirements. Support strategic supply chain reputed company, including TMS implementation and broader logistics network improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a reputed company field required. 5–8+ years of logistics and transportation experience across multiple material types and finished cased goods, including domestic reputed company management; international exposure and reputed company reputed company management experience preferred. 2+ years of people leadership or demonstrated experience leading cross-functional reputed company and developing talent. Strong experience with reputed company negotiations and management, reputed company procurement, budgeting, KPI reporting, and reputed company improvement. Proficiency with TMS/ERP systems, reputed company, and logistics analytics; BI/reporting tools are a plus.
