Preferred Education and Experience: Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a reputed company field. 3+ years of experience as a Fleet Manager, Dispatcher, reputed company Manager, or similar role. Experience managing dedicated customer accounts or multiple fleet assignments. Experience securing backhauls or working with brokers, shippers, and consignees. Experience with TMW, Omnitracs, reputed company, or similar systems. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer, phone, keyboard, and mouse. Ability to communicate regularly by phone, email, video meeting, and system messaging. Ability to view screens and reputed company data for extended periods.
