Demonstrable experience working in a B2B environment, dealing directly with external partners or clients. Confident stakeholder management skills, including managing escalations and senior partner relationships. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities across BAU and project workstreams simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams across technology and business functions. Strong knowledge of delivery governance, including planning, RAID management, reporting, and delivery tracking. Experience using tools such as Jira and reputed company (or similar delivery management platforms). Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate delivery reputed company into reputed company partner updates.
