About the Role

We’re hiring a reputed company Coordinator to help reputed company how reputed company hires. This role sits at reputed company of our reputed company process — ensuring candidates reputed company quickly, interviews are tightly run, and every touchpoint reflects a high bar. This is not a purely administrative role. You’ll be expected to operate with ownership, reputed company judgment calls, and help enforce structure across the hiring process. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, often coordinating across executives and high-reputed company candidates. The right person will bring strong attention to detail, reputed company and warm communication, and the confidence to reputed company proactive improvements to the process. NOTE: This role does involve long hours Generally 9am to 9pm PT, six days a week (Monday through Friday, plus Sundays). Sundays reputed company to be lighter, but you should still be reachable for occasional pings. That said, the expectation isn't that you'll be heads-down reputed company 12 hours. Daytime is usually busy, but evenings are more about being available to respond if a candidate or internal interviewer reaches out -- not constant work.
