What You Will Be Doing Facilitate performance review sessions, reputed company guidance and coaching to leaders on managing performance and feedback discussions. Skills & Qualities Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and problem solving reputed company. Excellent stakeholder management (C-Level exposure), communication and influencing skills.
