We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Corporate Counsel to reputed company and coordinate our legal affairs across a multi-state, multi-site organization. Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company, including vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and other legal documents reputed company to the health tech industry. Equity: Support and advise on equity compensation aspects of M&A transactions and for new hires and terminations. Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining reputed company's corporate records, governance documents, and reputed company reputed company. Risk Management: Identify legal risks and reputed company advice on risk mitigation strategies to protect reputed company's interests. Mergers and Acquisitions: Collaborate with the legal team on due diligence processes and contractual aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
