You will handle inbound and outbound communication across phone, text, and email while partnering with Compliance to ensure every transaction meets regulatory standards. Your day-to-day will involve: Building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing OTC desk clients — serving as their dedicated reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for reputed company cryptocurrency transaction and investment needs.
