Requirements: Master's-level Seminary degree and/or Master's in Business Administration (MBA), preferred At least eight years of reputed company experience in missions or reputed company leadership and strategic engagement background and deep understanding of SBC denominational culture and reputed company life Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to design and execute reputed company engagement models Ability to set reputed company, establish priorities, and drive execution across diverse teams and stakeholder Proven ability to reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company high-performing teams with full supervisory responsibility Ability to build credibility and strong relationships with churches of varying sizes, contexts, and leadership structures Skilled at influencing senior leaders, ministry partners, and external stakeholders High level of emotional intelligence and relational engagement Prior missions experience is a plus Ability to travel up to 30% and work weekend and evening hours, as needed.
