Required Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in HR Technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership/people management role. Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of reputed company (HCM, Recruit, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and reputed company) or comparable Tier-1 HCM systems. Migration Experience: Proven reputed company record of leading large-reputed company system implementations or HCM-to-HCM migrations.
