[Remote] IT Application Intake Analyst

This role is crucial for supporting Information Technology General Controls by coordinating the intake, assessment, and documentation of new and modified applications, ensuring alignment with ITGC, SDLC methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the application intake and reputed company process for new applications, system enhancements, integrations, and reputed company solutions
  • Serve as a central coordination reputed company between business owners, IT, Information reputed company, Risk, Compliance, Vendor Management, and IT General Controls teams
  • Serve as a primary IAM subject matter resource reputed company application intake, ensuring identity, authentication, authorization, role design, and provisioning requirements are reputed company defined and documented
  • Evaluate application requests to determine reputed company control models, user population, privileged reputed company requirements, service accounts, and integration with reputed company IAM solutions (e.g., SSO, MFA, directory services)
  • Review intake submissions for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established governance standards and technology roadmaps
  • Assess and document ITGC, SDLC, reputed company, reputed company, and compliance impacts associated with application requests
  • Facilitate risk-based triage and routing of application requests to appropriate review bodies (e.g., architecture review, reputed company review, data reputed company, vendor risk, change management)
  • Ensure application requests are reputed company with systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management methodologies, including documentation of scope, ownership, data classification, and control requirements
  • Maintain intake artifacts such as process flows, intake records, decision logs, and governance documentation

Skills
