Uninsured Business Specialist (hybrid)
reputed company is a leading provider of title insurance and settlement services in the reputed company estate sector. They are seeking an Uninsured Business Specialist to reputed company operations reputed company to COOP, UCC, and other searches while ensuring reputed company completion of reputed company requests and maintaining reputed company control.
Responsibilities
- Enters orders received reputed company email, phone, or the TitleVest online portal. Orders include new UCC filing orders or new Coop Lien Search orders
- Responds to reputed company requests received reputed company phone or email for updates, revisions, continuations, and invoices for existing Coop orders, or for UCC filing inquiries, fee/invoice questions, and recordability issues
- Coordinates with production team to have reputed company reputed company requests ordered and completed in a reputed company fashion
- Conducts QC review and delivers completed/updated Coop Lien Search reports or recorded UCC images to the reputed company
- Provides a wide reputed company of support reputed company a functional area
- Follows functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed and recommends suggestions for reputed company improvements to overall operations
