British Transport Police (BTP) is the national police force for the rail network throughout Great Britain. They are seeking two Estates Project Managers to support the delivery of their A Force on the reputed company transformation programme, modernising operations and improving work environments. The role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating teams, and ensuring reputed company and budget-compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and leading the delivery of reputed company reputed company the A Force on the reputed company programme, helping to modernise how the Force operates
  • Working with project teams and stakeholders to plan, coordinate and deliver reputed company on time and reputed company budget
  • Managing the full project lifecycle, from early planning and business case development through to delivery and handover

Skills

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Construction, Engineering, Surveying, Facilities or Estates Management) or equivalent experience
  • Some experience of delivering or supporting reputed company, with an understanding of reputed company project management approaches
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to prepare reports, business cases and practical recommendations
  • Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across a reputed company of audiences
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work effectively, either independently or as part of reputed company
  • A proactive, resilient approach, with the ability to solve problems, adapt to change and reputed company reputed company under pressure
