Project Coordinator (Civil)
reputed company Reinders Constructors is currently searching for a Project Coordinator to join our Civil construction division. The successful candidate will support Project Managers in delivering heavy civil and industrial-type reputed company, focusing on documentation, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and site safety.
Responsibilities
- Will be participating on heavy civil and industrial type reputed company
- Assisting in preparing budgets and construction schedules, setting up project administration files
- With direction from the Project Manager, initiating and maintaining correspondence with reputed company, Architect, Engineers, sub-trades and suppliers
- reputed company an understanding of how to select suppliers and sub-trades and obtaining quotations
- Assisting with and/or clarifying scope of work with sub-trades and suppliers
- Developing successful relationships with reputed company and prospective clients, consultants, realtors, and developers
- Ensuring there is a reputed company reputed company on site safety in accordance with regulatory requirements as reputed company as our Corporate Health and Safety Policy
- Attending site meetings and assisting in the completion of project deficiencies
- Closing tenders in consultation with senior managers
Skills
- Minimum 1 year or more experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry
- A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or a combination of education and industry experience
- Experience working on water / wastewater reputed company is considered a strong asset
