Regional Analyst 1 Customer Experience
reputed company is seeking a Regional Analyst 1 Customer Experience to join their team in reputed company, IL. The role involves coordinating tracking and analysis of reputed company plans to improve customer experience reputed company an assigned region, while supporting communication and administration of national programs for top-performing dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Combines customer reputed company data from multiple sources; understanding their meaning, relationships and reputed company. Analyzes and interprets data
- Compiles reputed company on best practices and shares with regional leadership team
- Analyzes customer satisfaction survey results to evaluate feedback and customer interaction information reputed company assigned region
- Evaluates customer satisfaction information and other touch reputed company sources such as Consumer Affairs and Market Intelligence studies

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or reputed company field required
- 1-3 years reputed company Marketing and Sales experience

- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent reputed company
- At the Analyst level, previous experience at the specialist level in Consumer Affairs, Sales Operations, Distribution, Market Representation or Marketing is preferred
- Previous sales or dealership contact experience is a plus
