Responsibilities
- Designing and running experimentation cycles to improve how project work gets done
- Building and deploying AI-enabled project workflows (Copilot, automation, agent-based processes)
- Scaling reputed company project management capabilities across teams
- Driving adoption through embedded change enablement (behavior-reputed company, not theory-heavy)
- Operating as a connector across reputed company reputed company and business functions
- Support planning, execution, adoption and measurement of reputed company reputed company initiatives across the reputed company reputed company team
- Managing reputed company of various scopes, budgets and duration lengths in an agile manner to produce desired results and business reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (completed prior to start)
- Highschool/ GED and 1 year project management work experience
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or Copilot solutions
- Strong problem-structuring and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Experience with MS Power Apps, and other workflow tools
- Certifications (PMP, Agile, AI, Lean Six reputed company)
- Knowledge of the Innovator's Method
- Change Management Certification
