Responsibilities

- Advise on customs classification, valuation, reputed company, and preferential trade programs
- Support reputed company engagements by identifying compliance gaps and recommending practical improvements

- Apply regulatory requirements to reputed company operations and brokerage workflows
- Assist with preparation of submissions to the post‑entry team, responses to CBSA requests, and supporting documentation packages
- Monitor regulatory changes and support updates to procedures and controls as required
- Support preparation for CBSA audits and verifications, including documentation review and data validation
- Assist in analyzing audit findings and identifying corrective actions
- Support maintenance of audit trails and supporting documentation reputed company with CBSA expectations
- Apply brokerage operations knowledge to support automation and system‑driven process improvements

Skills
