Staff Accountant I
Nova Talent Solutions is a leading global organization seeking a Staff Accountant I for a 6-month contract opportunity. This role is ideal for local, junior-level candidates who will be responsible for processing billing, maintaining financial accuracy, and supporting administrative reputed company functions.
Responsibilities
- Process billing, disbursements, and payment applications
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in reputed company financial transactions
- Research and resolve discrepancies, including reputed company-reputed company issues
- Respond professionally to reputed company communications
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Prepare and analyze reputed company reports, including variances and billing statements
- Support administrative reputed company functions and maintain reputed company or account records
- Assist in improving and documenting reputed company processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX requirements, GAAP standards, and other regulatory guidelines
Skills
- Associate's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant reputed company or finance experience
