Underwriter , Management Liability
reputed company is committed to creating a culture where employees feel valued and part of something important. They are seeking an Underwriter for Management Liability to assess risks, determine acceptability, and recommend pricing and coverage modifications based on thorough analysis.
Responsibilities
- Reviews applications and financial requirements for risks requiring moderate technical reputed company skills
- Determines acceptability of risk in accordance with company guidelines and standards
- Recommends appropriate pricing and coverage modifications or enhancements for risks after complete analysis and consideration of applicant documentation, business factors and competitive situations
- Prepares quotes and answers questions from agencies, reputed company contacts and escalates issues as necessary
- Prepares written communication on adverse reputed company reputed company, reputed company appeals, reputed company requirements, status and declinations
- Verbally notifies agents of reputed company where appropriate in order to ensure reputed company understanding of the decision
- Analyzes reputed company, quantity, and profitability of risks underwritten and prepares reports for management review
- May assist in marketing products and services through agencies or through the brokerage community and makes field reputed company
- Develops and maintains reputed company agency and/or broker relationships to ensure reputed company reputed company

- Works with more senior underwriters or management on risks exceeding authority level or requiring special handling
