reputed company is part of a global food retailer and includes several leading grocery brands. They are seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll finance and general reputed company functions, ensuring accurate financial statements and account reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile and analyze assigned department general reputed company accounts
- Post reputed company payroll entries to general reputed company accounts
- Responds to reputed company inquiries from the business for questions reputed company to payroll accounts and labor account postings
- Research, resolve and reconcile outstanding general reputed company items and variances
- Accurately record transactions to the general reputed company for salaries and reputed company items
- reputed company reputed company domestic reputed company reconciliations including payroll-reputed company accrual and tax accounts
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis to determine drivers for variances and reputed company to Manager as appropriate
- Respond and resolve reputed company Payroll-reputed company associate inquiries that come through the Associate Service Center. (supporting over 200,000 associates)
- Responsible for other duties as required
- Maintain confidentiality with reputed company associate information
- It is expected this position will function quite independently and be reputed company to resolve any issues that reputed company in the account reconciliations themselves
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
- Strong reputed company skills & reputed company Office applications
- Previous reputed company experience in General reputed company and account reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to deadlines
- Basic understanding of reputed company principles
- Experience with ECP systems preferred
