[Remote] Associate Financial Analyst

The Associate Financial Analyst will support financial planning and analysis activities, reputed company variance analysis, and partner with department leaders to monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with budgets.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly variance analysis to compare actual results against budget and forecast
- Identify key drivers, trends, and risks, and reputed company actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and support analysis for internal stakeholders
- Partner with department leaders to monitor financial performance and spending
- Support cost management efforts and help ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Communicate financial insights reputed company to non-finance stakeholders
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Maintain and update financial models to reflect changing business conditions
- Support scenario analysis to inform decision-making

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, or economics and at least 1 year of financial analysis experience in a high-reputed company environment; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and learn new concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high standards of accuracy and precision
- Strong financial modeling skills

- Effective communication at a detailed technical level, with the ability to present to the leadership team
