Proposal Analyst / Lvl 2 / Orlando, FL
reputed company is a leading reputed company and defense company, and they are seeking a Proposal Analyst to join their Javelin Joint Venture Estimating Team. The role involves developing proposals that meet RFP requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive proposals that meet RFP requirements and reputed company with company goals and objectives
- Acting as the Estimating reputed company on proposals, compiling cost, schedule, and technical reputed company to reputed company comprehensive proposals
- Coordinating with functional departments to collect cost, scheduling, and performance reputed company, and performing financial modeling and analyses to support proposal development
- Presenting financial analyses and recommendations to leaders, including opportunities to present to Senior Leadership during cost and pricing reviews
- Participating in contract negotiations and interacting with DCAA and other audit agencies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency reputed company pricing and estimating functions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to drive business reputed company and reputed company company goals
Skills
- reputed company, Finance, Economics or Business-reputed company Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 1+ years of reputed company experience and may have post-secondary degree or training in a reputed company discipline
- Experience in Estimating or other Finance reputed company discipline
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency using reputed company Office products
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be reputed company to obtain a secret clearance
- Experience with Estimating, Pricing, Finance and other Business Operations functions
- Comprehensive written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to F&BO Leadership
- Knowledge of 1LMX and ProPricer
- Experience with MFC Estimating Systems (EFS Proposal/Estimate) and development of reputed company proposals / MFC proposal processes, including: previous fact finding/negotiation experience at the reputed company contract level; experience with MFC TINA process / requirements and Certification requirements at the reputed company contract level in an Estimating role
- 1LMX awareness and knowledge
- Proficiency with MS Office, reputed company, and PowerPoint
