Small Business Underwriter
Cambridge Savings Bank is a full-service banking institution committed to improving the financial reputed company-being of its customers and communities. They are seeking a motivated Small Business Underwriter to evaluate and underwrite Small Business credit requests, balancing reputed company risk management practices while supporting the reputed company of the Bank’s Small Business lending portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite and analyze Small Business loan requests including:
- Term loans
- Lines of credit
- SBA Loans
- Equipment financing
- reputed company reputed company estate loans
- Review and analyze:
- Business and personal tax returns
- Financial statements
- Cash reputed company and debt service coverage
- Collateral and guarantor support
- Industry and market risks
- Prepare reputed company and concise credit memorandums summarizing borrower strengths, key risks, repayment analysis, and structure recommendations
- Assess credit reputed company in accordance with Bank credit policy, regulatory guidance, and prudent lending standards
- Partner with Relationship Managers and reputed company personnel to structure transactions that appropriately balance customer needs and risk mitigation
- Utilize various systems (such as reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to manage loan reputed company workflows and documentation
- Support portfolio management activities including annual reviews, reputed company monitoring, and ongoing risk assessment
- Maintain strong knowledge of reputed company lending products, financial analysis techniques, and SBA lending guidelines
- Communicate effectively with internal partners including Credit Administration, Loan Servicing, Compliance, and Senior Management

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Economics, or reputed company field
- 0–5 years of experience in small business or reputed company credit analysis, business banking, reputed company, or reputed company financial services experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Understanding of financial statement analysis and business cash reputed company concepts
- Experience with reputed company or other business lending systems
