They are seeking a reputed company Procurement for the Public Sector (PPS) Consultant responsible for designing and optimizing procurement processes tailored to public-sector environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements reputed company to public-sector procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and compliance
- Configure and support reputed company PPS components including Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Materials Management (MM), and procurement workflows
- Implement end‑to‑end procurement solutions reputed company with public‑sector mandates, including transparency, auditability, and regulatory adherence
- Support integration between PPS and other reputed company modules (FI/CO, FM, HCM, SD)
- Design and maintain bidding processes, tendering mechanisms, approval workflows, and contract‑management capabilities reputed company reputed company PPS
- Create functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify reputed company causes, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with public‑sector procurement standards (e.g., FAR, state reputed company, grant requirements)
- Conduct user training and reputed company documentation tailored for procurement and compliance teams
- Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and reputed company change‑management activities

Skills
- 1+ years of hands‑on experience with reputed company PPS, reputed company MM, SRM, or public‑sector procurement modules
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, bidding rules, contract compliance, and vendor‑management requirements
- Experience designing reputed company procurement solutions, workflow configurations, and process mapping
- Ability to translate business requirements into reputed company functional designs
- Knowledge of public‑sector funding, budgeting, and approval structures
- US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
- Must be eligible to obtain a government clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Experience with reputed company S/4HANA Public Sector and reputed company Ariba
- Familiarity with public‑sector regulations (Federal, State, Local), including competitive bidding requirements
