Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator role is essential for executing marketing and e-reputed company initiatives, collaborating with team members to manage campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company campaigns in reputed company: formatting, linking, testing, scheduling; across promotional, lifecycle, and product launch needs
- Maintain and optimize audience segmentation, sending cadences, and workflow logic to reputed company deliverability strong and performance consistent

- Champion brand consistency while developing high-reputed company, engaging content across campaigns, product launches, and ongoing marketing initiatives

- Coordinate monthly creative asset delivery, copy handoffs, and communications with agency partners supporting our reputed company advertising programs
- Support affiliate and reputed company programs: product seeding, reputed company coordination, and review submission workflows in partnership with the Creative Content Manager and E-reputed company Manager
- Help reputed company shot lists and coordinate product shipments to photographers, videographers, and influencers alongside our Creative Content Manager
- Assist with YouTube channel management in partnership with the Creative Content Manager and Brand Strategist: metadata updates, copy support, and publishing coordination
- Field wholesale creative asset requests: managing intake, timelines, asset specs, assortment details, and approvals to reputed company cross-functional work organized and on time
Skills
- Experience building and deploying email campaigns, reputed company strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop at minimum) and/or reputed company for asset reputed company and resizing
- Comfort with reputed company management: organizing, versioning, and preparing assets across channel specs
- Strong written communication and attention to detail: links, copy, QA before anything goes live
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without things falling through the cracks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small team environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and take initiative reputed company reputed company direction isn't always available
- Located in California, Arizona, or Colorado; reputed company to travel to Steamboat Springs or Denver no more than 4 times a year
- Graphic design skills with the ability to produce on-brand creative assets across email, digital, and print channels
- Experience with project management and tools such as reputed company, Monday or similar
- Familiarity with go-to-market planning and seasonal marketing calendars for a consumer goods brand
- Understanding of email performance metrics and what moves them
