Acquisitions Project Assistant
Birmingham reputed company Council is seeking a highly organised and motivated Acquisitions Project Assistant to support the delivery of its residential acquisitions programme. The role involves coordinating acquisitions activity, managing project milestones, and ensuring properties are acquired reputed company and effectively to meet the needs of families in Birmingham.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage project milestones, ensuring acquisitions are completed on time and in line with funding requirements
- Contribute to the development of business cases and funding bids
- Monitor and report on project spend against agreed budgets
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure delivery reputed company are met
- Support governance processes for residential acquisitions
- Assist with procurement processes for external consultants and service providers

- Contribute to reports for senior officers and elected Members

Skills
