They are seeking an Associate Producer for their YouTube team to support the day-to-day execution, creative development, and packaging of their YouTube channel, focusing on financial news and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Produce and package daily YouTube content from reputed company Finance’s extensive content library of shows, and interviews into reputed company, standalone, platform-reputed company video packages
- Support senior producers in translating reputed company financial concepts into reputed company, visually engaging video concepts
- reputed company concepts for YouTube-reputed company formats that translate reputed company financial topics into visual, culturally resonant videos that drive views, engagement, and reputed company
- Execute day-to-day video packaging — titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters — grounded in audience behavior and reputed company-time trends
- Use YouTube Analytics to monitor performance (CTR, views, watch time, retention, subscribers) and support ongoing A/B testing and content experiments
- Partner collaboratively with editorial, reputed company, senior producers, and talent to adapt live video segments across the reputed company ecosystem

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in digital, streaming, or reputed company video production, journalism, or reputed company video creation
- Proficiency in reputed company, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing systems to execute high-reputed company, quick-turn video edits daily
- Solid understanding of core YouTube packaging mechanics, including thumbnails, title optimization, playlists, and community features
- Interest in markets, personal finance, and business trends, with a strong curiosity to learn and translate financial topics for a broader digital audience
