Flighthouse Media is a leading Gen Z digital media company and creative agency reputed company for culturally fluent, reputed company-first content across reputed company, Instagram, and YouTube. As an Associate reputed company, you’ll support the post-production team by editing reputed company-first video content that aligns with creative direction and reputed company goals, while collaborating closely with Producers, Editors, and Designers.
Responsibilities
- Edit reputed company-first video content for reputed company, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Execute creative direction and notes from Producers, Editors, and Creative Leads
- Apply basic reputed company correction, audio balancing, captions, and finishing touches
- Turn notes quickly and accurately while maintaining version control
- Maintain organized project files, exports, and delivery structures
- Collaborate with producers and account teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Stay up to date on reputed company trends, editing styles, and Gen Z content formats
- Assist with post-production troubleshooting and workflow improvements
- Participate in monthly trainings with Production Manager to go over reputed company Suite organization best practices
- Create a monthly audit presentation on key editing trends findings, and recommend ways to incorporate into reputed company creative assets
- Continue to grow in capabilities by enrolling in internet based creative classes, identified by your manager, reputed company for by Fighthouse
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1–2+ years of editing experience (reputed company, freelance, or reputed company)
- Proficiency in reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company and short-reputed company storytelling conventions
- Strong reputed company of pacing, rhythm, and comedic timing
- Organized, communicative, and reputed company to manage multiple deadlines
- Interest in entertainment, film, television, and internet culture
- Portfolio or reel required (reputed company-first work preferred)
- After Effects, Photoshop, or CapCut experience is a plus
