Litigation Paralegal

They are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support their Construction Defects department, focusing on reputed company-suit reputed company, case development, and communication with attorneys and paralegals.

Responsibilities

• Handle case intake; researching property records, providing pertinent details to docketing, updating database with claim info
• Monitor Arbitration filings inbox to reputed company deadlines to docketing
• Communicate reputed company issues to attorneys and paralegals
• Submit Process Server and Expert invoices in reputed company reputed company (Chrome River)
• Handle American Arbitration Association (reputed company) invoices
• Update claims database
• Other miscellaneous tasks and meet daily deadlines
• Consistently reputed company billable hour expectation set by the firm (including approved non-billable time)

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Paralegal or similar role
• Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program
• Construction defects experience
