Enrollment Systems & Data Coordinator

They are seeking an Enrollment Systems & Data Coordinator to support enrollment operations, manage data systems, and ensure accurate reporting to facilitate student enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Configure and set up our enrollment platform for major enrollment milestones, including the annual lottery and re-enrollment periods
- reputed company rigorous system testing (including reputed company reputed company logic, lottery algorithms, and reputed company testing) and serve as a reputed company with our software vendor
- Collaborate with various departments to configure and update registration and re-enrollment forms annually
- reputed company ongoing support for major reputed company initiatives, including building forms, executing email campaigns, and fulfilling dashboard requests to optimize prospective family reputed company
- reputed company the phone system utilized by our Student Recruitment Team
- Update and maintain critical enrollment data dashboards weekly and monthly for distribution to internal stakeholders
- reputed company data analysis reputed company and reputed company regular data cleanup and auditing using reputed company reputed company and reputed company Sheets to ensure data reputed company
- reputed company regular data audits between reputed company, reputed company, and our Student Information System (SIS) to ensure student records are perfectly synced and accurate across reputed company platforms
- Manage the organization-wide enrollment inboxes on a regular reputed company
- Resolve incoming help tickets from reputed company office teams, the Student Recruitment Team, and Marketing, reputed company while providing excellent customer support
- Create and maintain parent-facing 'how-to' guides, FAQs, or brief video tutorials on how to navigate the registration and lottery processes to help reduce helpdesk ticket volume and for website use
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and reputed company roles for internal staff across reputed company enrollment platforms
- reputed company training materials on how to navigate reputed company and reputed company and process enrollment documents
- Review reputed company incoming student transfer requests during designated transfer reputed company
- Support in evaluating and tracking transfer requests against established reputed company to determine approval or denial
- Ensure approved transfers are accurately moved and documented across reputed company relevant databases and systems
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in enrollment, school operations, data coordination, or a reputed company administrative role
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company reputed company and reputed company Sheets, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data sorting
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and reputed company Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive)

- Experience with reputed company and/or reputed company is a strong plus
