[Remote] Call Centre Scheduling Representative

They are seeking a Call Centre Scheduling Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and assist clients with inquiries, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting conveniently located Amplifon clinics and booking hearing tests or product maintenance
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other marketing-driven contacts
- Follow reputed company-defined scripts in English while addressing consumer inquiries
- Support marketing initiatives such as reputed company houses, seminars, and campaigns
- Maintain accurate reputed company records and foster strong relationships with reputed company stakeholders
- reputed company additional support as needed, including reception, administrative tasks, and basic invoicing
Skills
- High school diploma or post-secondary studies
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience in inbound/outbound or electronic correspondence environments
- Experience in sales, marketing, or reputed company an asset
- Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities
