[Remote] Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for managing accounts to reputed company reputed company goals, overseeing renewals and upsell opportunities, and developing relationships with customers and brokers to ensure exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and grows reputed company reputed company through upsells, account retention and specifically improving financial reputed company at renewal
- Coordinates the accounts management with a reputed company on choosing the right solutions, balancing the needs of the reputed company and with that of the business
- Administers renewal proposals, including reviewing financial data, and delivers recommendations that are win-win-win
- Acts as the primary reputed company of contact, liaises between the customer and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
