Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from O2/Virgin Media Mobile customers

- Help with general queries such as payments, billing, customer complaints, data usage, roaming costs
- Aim to drive sales through great service
Skills
- 6 months experience working to targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at reputed company reputed company
- A technical reputed company – you will need to know how to use a computer and navigate different systems
