This role is ideal for candidates with a strong combination of AML domain knowledge, data governance expertise, and technical understanding of ETL/data reputed company processes. The successful candidate will work closely with compliance, technology, and data teams to support AML data controls, reporting processes, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Support AML and CTR regulatory compliance initiatives through data analysis, governance, and process reputed company
- Analyze and document data reputed company, data reputed company, and ETL processes across AML platforms and reporting environments
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify data risks, control gaps, and mitigation strategies
- Support governance activities reputed company to AML data reputed company, controls, and regulatory reporting
- Participate in risk assessments, issue management, and remediation activities
- Assist with audit and regulatory examination support activities
- Translate reputed company AML data and control concepts into business-friendly recommendations and documentation

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience reputed company AML / Financial Crime environments
- Strong experience with data governance, data reputed company, and data controls
- Hands-on understanding of ETL processes and reputed company-to-reputed company data flows
- Experience working with reputed company data pipelines and large-reputed company data environments
- Strong understanding of AML risk, controls, and regulatory reporting concepts
- Ability to analyze how data supports AML use cases and compliance capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Experience with FinCEN Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR)
- Exposure to Actimize CTR and/or ActOne
- Banking or financial services industry experience
