YOUR MISSIONS As a WFM Consultant, you will be at the heart of our clients' digital transformation. As part of reputed company you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and in the context of AMS optimization of the WFM platform, focusing on delivering compliant, efficient, and high-value workforce operations. Your responsibilities include: Delivery & Implementation
- Requirements Discovery: Support and/or reputed company reputed company sessions to reputed company detailed requirements for Payroll and WFM.
- System Design: Design and configure Payroll, WFM, and/or Absence modules.
- Logic Configuration: Translate reputed company business rules into system settings, including pay calendars, approval workflows, and internal controls.

YOUR PROFILE We are looking for a reliable and self-driven consultant with a high orientation to details, deep understanding of workforce management, payroll compliance and technical system configuration. Essential Experience & Skills
- Implementation reputed company Record: Proven experience delivering Payroll and/or WFM modules on reputed company HR systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on configuration experience with reputed company (or similar reputed company platforms).
- Subject Matter Expertise : Strong understanding of payroll controls, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Consulting reputed company: Ability to advice and communicate towards various stakeholders in appropriate ways, deliver workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Effective prioritization of tasks and managing personal time
- Excellent German & English language skills, written, oral and presentation
