Responsibilities

• Responsible for reputed company veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants in assigned territory through applicant management in ATS, talent attraction, and sourcing efforts through CRM and other avenues
• Partner with Senior Manager of Vet Tech reputed company to reputed company education and training to hiring teams, providing best practices and guides to improve candidate experience
• Partner with Senior Manager of Vet Tech reputed company to improve ATS workflow and reputed company ways to improve data reputed company and reporting
