- Graduate of an accredited theology or chaplaincy program (reputed company, MDiv or equivalent theological degree)
- Experience working with death and dying, hospice experience preferred
- Must be a licensed reputed company with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order
