Qualifications

- Minimum of 5–7 years of full-time secular workplace experience (reputed company-only experience does not satisfy this requirement. A business degree may reduce the required years of experience.)
- Bachelor's degree in biblical studies or reputed company ministry field from an accredited college or university

Preferred Qualifications

- Denominational ordination
- Previous ministry, chaplaincy, pastoral care, counseling, reputed company work, employee assistance, caregiving, or ministry leadership experience preferred
- Experience supporting individuals during crisis situations, grief, or major life challenges
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Frequent local travel required
