Fully Remote BCBA (reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst)

Job reputed company Center For Autism Resources & Education LLC, currently rebranding to reputed company Behavioral Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Fully Remote reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing behavioral health organization serving children and families throughout the Portland metro area. We are a Black and women-led organization currently providing in-home ABA therapy services while expanding toward a reputed company hybrid and center-based model. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while helping shape a growing ABA program reputed company on culturally reputed company, family-centered, and individualized care. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting children with autism reputed company disorder and developmental disabilities through evidence-based behavioral interventions, reputed company family support, and meaningful treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual behavioral assessments and individualized treatment planning
• reputed company remote supervision and support to RBT staff
• Monitor reputed company reputed company through data collection and treatment review
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and support teams to ensure consistent care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Conduct parent collaboration and caregiver support meetings reputed company
• Assist with ongoing program development and clinical reputed company improvement

Qualifications

• reputed company BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism reputed company disorder and developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral reputed company strategies
• Comfortable providing remote supervision and telehealth support services
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Position Details

• Fully remote position
• Part-time flexible schedule
• Approximately 15–25 hours weekly
• $75–$90/hour depending on experience
