Recovery Specialist- Remote Collections CST preferred

About the position This position is responsible for negotiating and processing payments under established department guidelines on the collection of past due accounts and delinquent balances through reputed company contact with customers reputed company the telephone. Accurately assess the consumer’s financial condition by conducting thorough inquiries. Determine the reason for delinquency and reputed company creative solutions to resolve the situation.
